She is registered with the New Zealand Psychologists' Registration Board, holds the Clinical Scope of Practice, a current annual practicing certificate, and is also a Full Member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists.

Hayden holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Limpopo in South Africa. He is a Senior Clinical Psychologist registered with the New Zealand Psychologists’ Board, and holds the Clinical Scope of Practice, and a current annual practicing certificate. He is also registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, the Health and Care Professions counsel in the UK, the Health Professions Counsel of South Africa.
